Studies Show Exercise Helps Alzheimer’s Patients

Four new studies show exercise can help Alzheimer’s patients.

The research presented at the annual Alzheimer's Association Conference found exercise can improve mental function and reduce the risk of dementia in older adults.

One study shows even moderate walking can grow the area of the brain related to memory.
