A rural Ohio high school has banned hooded sweatshirts -- annoying both students and parents.
Numerous parents called into the WTRF newsroom about a ban on hooded sweatshirts at Beallsville High School.
Principal Rebecca Hilverding says last night the school put out an "all-call" to parents about the ban. Students are allowed to wear the hooded sweatshirts on the bus -- but they have to store them in lockers during the day.
Hilverding cited "safety"as one of the main reasons for the ban.
