It’s that time of year again—time to make those New Year’s resolutions. However, some new apps on the market make it easier to stick to your goals.
One app is called Health-Tap. The service connects users online with local doctors who can answer health questions. Users can choose a specific resolution, and work with a doctor to achieve it.
Another great app, known as Brewster, organizes your contacts into a high-tech address book. It combines all of your Facebook, Twitter, and other social media networks for a personalized book that won’t leave you scattered.
Better yet, you can build your own app to work on your goal with friends! In order to do so, users must access Yap’s website. From there they must complete three steps: pick a theme, choose content, and add friends, Then, the app is ready to install!
