Ozark Beautification Project Underway

You may have noticed Ozark is getting spruced up.
For the past two days, city workers have been planting crepe myrtle trees in the median along Highway 231.
“I think what it’s going to do is give our citizens here in Ozark pride in their community to know that we care about our community and creating a good first impression,” says Ozark Mayor Billy Blackwell.
The project cost the city $20,000 from the general budget. They should finish up planting Thursday.
