UPDATE: Three Arrested in Taco Bell Robbery

Three people have been arrested in connection to the Sunday night armed robbery of the Ozark Taco Bell.

The Wiregrass Violent Crime and Drug Task Force released a press release stating that the robbery was a cover up for a suspect and employees to steal money that belonged to the restaurant.

According to the release, once authorities responded to the robbery call and confirmed that money was taken and that no one was injured, they discovered the true identity of the suspect and that the two Taco Bell employees present at the time of the robbery aided the suspect during the theft.

During the arrest of the subjects some physical evidence and money was recovered.

Tyreece Roshad Bolden, 28, of Ozark has been charged with theft of property in the first-degree, Heather Leanna Duncan, 23, of Ozark and Vincent K. Norman, 24, also of Ozark were both charged with theft of properly in the first-degree and with falsely reporting an incident.

The Ozark Police Department is investigating a Sunday night armed robbery at a Taco Bell Restaurant.

According to authorities, a black man forced himself into the restaurant as the manager and a crew person were leaving the store. The man allegedly brandished a knife and forced the employees into the office where he directed the manager to open the safe; he took an undisclosed amount of money.

The man then exited the store through the back door and fled on foot. He is described as being in his late 20’s or early 30’s, between 5-foot-11-inches and 6-foot-2-inches and weighing over 200-pounds.

He was wearing a ball cap, a light colored shirt and blue jeans.

The Ozark Police Department, the Criminal Investigation Bureau and the Wiregrass Violent Crime and Drug Task Force are all investigating this matter.
