In an interview with The Associated Press, Nintendo of America CEO Reggie Fils-Aime discussed some of the upcoming big games for the Nintendo Wii U video game console. Here are some of his comments:
"'Super Mario World,' I mean it just brings smiles to so many faces.
We've got new playable characters and the characters play differently.
So Peach plays a little bit differently than Luigi. And that's something that our fans have been waiting for since one of the early 'Super Mario' games. 'Bayonetta 2' is another game that we showcased.
That's a very core-gamer game, a very fast-twitch game. And it's a game that's showing extremely well in our booth. 'Mario Kart,' we've added a whole new dynamic with anti-gravity, which consumers are responding very positively to."
