DOTHAN, AL - Negotiations over the future of the Pemco building continue.
Dothan Mayor Mike Schmitz says there's still a company interested in moving into the building.
He says they hope to have something worked out in the next 30 days but says nothing's set in stone.
"It's just something we're working on. It's not solid yet, but we have a really hot prospect.
We're still in negotiations."
Mayor Schmitz says this company would bring their entire business to Dothan. That means it would use the entire Pemco building. Last month there was talk of two companies splitting the building.
