Midway Police Chief Arrested

Tallahassee - Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Tallahassee Regional Operations Center arrested Terron R. Lindsey, 52, of Midway, Fla., for one count of official misconduct and one count of petit theft.

Lindsey is the Police Chief of the Midway Police Department. Agents allege Lindsey falsified official documents pertaining to his employment as police chief.

Lindsey was arrested around 4 p.m. today, Thursday, Dec. 19, 2012 and was booked into the Leon County Jail on a $5,500 bond.

The State Attorney’s Office, 2nd Judicial Circuit will prosecute this case.
