Renovations to the Houston County Administration building are on schedule.
Work started last month.
Crews are updating the building's heating and cooling system and replacing lights to make the building more energy efficient.
It's part of the county's ESCO project.
"Most of the changes that we are doing especially in probate area are to better accommodate the public. To make the tag lines easier, drivers license easier."
The project is costing the county $5 million but officials say the savings will cover that cost.
Renovations are expected to be complete in May.
