HOLMES COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT CREWS WERE KEPT BUSY MONITORING THE CONDITION OF SEVERAL DIRT ROADS.
EMPLOYEES WERE SHCOKED TO SEE EAST KELLY STREET IN NOMA IMPLODE BEFORE THEIR EYES.
RUSHING WATER HAS BLOWN OUT THE UNDERGROUND DRAINAGE PIPES.
DRIVERS ARE URGED...IF THEY SEE STANDING WATER..., TURN AROUND DON'T DROWN. IT TAKES VERY LITTLE WATER TO WASH A CAR OFF THE ROAD.
