It was a night at the museum for a group of students in our area.

They spent their evening locked inside the Wiregrass museum of art.

Four teams worked on art projects all night long.

Judges came in Saturday morning to critique each group's display.

They then gave each team $75 and two hours with a driver.

To pick up materials for their art installations. When it came to working together, the young artists say it was every bit as challenging as it was rewarding.

"You know it was a lot of minds clashed together and a lot of different talents, a lot of creativity flowing into one thing you know. It was hard but fun at the same time," said Cynondria Hollis, a senior at Dothan High School.

The annual lock-in at the art museum is a part of National Youth Art Month.
