The 20-12 election saw higher than usual voter turnout, but still... in Florida, only 63 percent of eligible voters actually chose to cast a ballot.
Election reform advocates say scores of people who wanted to vote couldn't because they forgot to register.
That's why Democrats in Tallahassee want to make registration automatic.
But, Troy Kinsey explains... some warn if voting gets too easy, democracy could suffer.
