Early Season Snow Falls in Montana

The calendar may say fall, but it looks like winter in Montana.

Storms brought several inches of snow to parts of the state Wednesday night into Thursday.

This video above shows what it looked like in Georgetown Lake.

The heavy snow damaged power lines, leaving many people without power.

According to the National Weather Service, the snow was expected to continue through Thursday night.

It could all melt away today, when the sun comes out.
