DOTHAN, AL - On February 25, 2013 the Dothan Police Department’s Traffic Division responded to the 800 block of Ross Clark Circle in reference to a single vehicle accident that claimed the life of one individual at approximately 11:00 p.m. Investigators say a black Ford Ranger pick-up truck driven by the victim Mildred Maddox hydroplaned and struck a bridge railing, causing the vehicle to go airborne down a 40 foot embankment. Maddox was 80 years old.
The Dothan Police Department would like to extend our thoughts to the Maddox family during their time of loss.
