Dekalb County officials are scratching their heads over a Juror form.
The online form lists "slave" as an occupation.
Potential jurors who filled out the new form said they selected "s" for sales, but what they got was the occupation "slave".
Until about a month ago, Jurors had to fill out a paper questionnaire and mail it to the courthouse.
The new online form is supposed to be easier and more efficient.
The president of the Dekalb County NAACP says it's offensive.
A court spokesperson says the list of occupations is 62 pages long.
She says she doesn't know if "slave" has always been on that list, or if someone added it before the form went online.
"Slave" has been removed from the occupations list, but officials say figuring out how it got there could take awhile.
