NEW YORK (AP) -- Doctors say Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is making excellent progress and is in good spirits while she's being treated at New York-Presbyterian Hospital for a blood clot in her head.
Doctors say they're confident that the blood thinners they're giving her will dissolve the clot and that she'll make a full recovery.
Clinton suffered a concussion last month when she fainted while at home with the flu.
