A Callaway man has died in an overnight traffic crash in Gulf County.
The Florida Highway Patrol says 23 year old John Paul Tinsley was a passenger in a speeding Corvette on County Road 386 four miles north of Mexico Beach. He died at the scene of the 9 PM Thursday crash.
Troopers say he died when the car failed to negotiate a curve at a high rate of speed and rolled over. The driver, 24 year old Carl Allen Wilson of Port St. Joe, was ejected. He was taken to Bay Medical/Sacred Heart in Panama City in good condition.
Also hospitalized was a second passenger, 22 year old Vanessa Ann Raynor of Mexico Beach. She is in serious Condition at Bay Medical/Sacred Heart.
Charges against the driver are pending at this time.
