April Fool’s Day: Viewers and Readers Respond

April 1st is the notorious unofficial holiday known as “April Fool’s Day,” where many engage in pranks and practical jokes of various kinds.

News 4 asked viewers their opinion of the holiday and what they did if they participated in it. Here are some of their responses:

Angela Brightwell: “remove the deodorant from husbands under arm stick and refill with butter, so funny when he gets it on and starts smelling like butter”

Donna Falls: i waited til there was a line at supermarket, then asked who dropped a $20 bill. All looked down at same time. Worked at convenience store, my manager counted 147 people I got with that one prank.”

Rick Townley: “The rent is due on the 1st so maybe I'll try to leave off the dollar amount as an April Fool's prank, but I doubt it will get many smiles.”

Sarah Smith: “I'm the straight and honest person on April 1st. Lol
