Shareholders of the Pemco Aviation Group have approved the sale of its Dothan unit.
This is just the latest of big changes for the Birmingham-based company.
Last week, Pemco lost a billion dollar government contract to another aviation company.
Since then, 16 workers have been laid off.
Any future job cuts would be announced when the contract with the government runs out at the end of the month.
Pemco is a Dothan commercial aircraft conversion and maintenance subsidiary.
