Police are still searching for an escaped prisoner this morning they consider armed and dangerous.
21-year-old Cordell Fitgerald Poke was found guilty on 3 counts of armed robbery Wednesday at the Houston County Courthouse.
But as he was being led from the building, he broke away from officers and ran.
Investigators say a deputy fired his tazer at poke but missed.
Witnesses report last seeing Poke walking west on Adams Street last night.
Police and deputies surrounded the area and began an intense manhunt, but Poke is still at-large.
A 1,000 dollar reward is being offered for his arrest.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call your local law enforcement agency.
