A Dothan woman charged with killing a shopper in a grocery store parking lot is scheduled to stand trial next week.
Tabitha Farmer was arrested for murder and child endangerment last January.
That's after she allegedly ran into Larry Downing with her SUV at the Southern Family Market on West Main Street.
Police say farmer had marijuana in her system and her 2-year-old was in the car at the time.
Farmer was freed on bond, but she was arrested again just two months later.
Police stopped her while driving and allegedly found drugs in her vehicle.
She had her bond revoked and eventually pled guilty to another drug charge stemming from a 2005 case.
Farmer was sentenced to 3-years in prison.
Her trial on the murder charge is scheduled to begin next week.
