An Enterprise-based defense contractor has received a prestigious award from the National Disabled American Veterans.
In New Orleans last weekend, Navigator co-founders, Al Patterson III and Keith Gay, accepted the honor as the outstanding small employer of the year.
Of navigators 133 employees, 65 are disabled American Veterans.
The company has also started a computer, graphic training program.
Once they receive training, he or she can most likely find employment in one of the fastest growing segments of the work force.
"We represent small business that has been utilizing their services of disable veterans...," said Patterson.
Navigator has 17 branch offices spread across the U.S. and around the world.
