In recent weeks, one person, or more, has been shooting out downtown store windows in Elba.
Historic Downtown Elba has become a shooting gallery of sorts for one or more pranksters. But business owners and police are not laughing.
Photography storeowner Dale Moseley sustained several shattered windows. Replacement of these windows can cost from $300 to $500 each.
Officials are asking the public to report any criminal mischief to the Elba Police Department.
