A two-day search has ended in tragedy.
Friends of Lee Hidle found his body Monday morning in a dense patch of trees along the Florida/Alabama line.
Authorities say Hidle appears to have lost control of his motorcycle around a sharp curve, just before he crossed into Geneva County. The accident happened late Saturday night.
Shortly before he crashed, the 18-year-old Geneva resident was reportedly clocked by a Holmes County deputy traveling at 87-miles-per-hour along state Highway 2.
The search began for Hidle when he didn't come home on Saturday night.
