A former head of ADECA tells Wiregrass citizens why they should elect him as Governor.
Republican Gubernatorial Candidate Bill Johnson spoke to the Wiregrass Patriots today at the Houston-Love Memorial Library.
Johnson says his experience at ADECA working with mayors and county commissioners all over the state and his experience on the Birmingham City Council make him the perfect candidate for the job.
Johnson says if elected he will work to increase the number of exports overseas and put forth a vote to tax and regulate gambling.
Bill Johnson, (R) AL Gubernatorial Candidate, says, “I believe we have 3 to 500 million dollars, Alabama dollars, going to Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee to educate children there and I would like to have the citizens of Alabama vote whether they want to keep those dollars here to educate our kids here in Alabama.”
The wiregrass patriots will be holding a tea party at the Dothan Civic Center April 15 at 5:00 p.m.
