According to investigators, Fredrikkia Davis went missing after spending several hours, Saturday evening.

She was babysitting her younger cousins at the Johnson Homes apartment complex in Dothan.

I think that she should be fined for running away. She had police looking for her, wasting their time, when they could be doing something productive. I think all children who RUN AWAY, should be fined. They aren't adults, yet they act like one.
