There are more questions this morning, in the case of a former Dothan teacher arrested and charged with soliciting minors.
Investigators with the Dothan Police Department traveled to Seminole County, Georgia on Friday to arrest 34-year old Keaton Lamar Battle.
Battle is charged with two counts of enticing a child for immoral purposes.
Battle was employed as a teacher at PASS Academy when the offenses occurred.
Police say he just completed his first year of teaching at the academy and that the two warrants revolved around incidents involving male students.
Battle was arrested back in February of 2006 and charged with simple assault on a minor.
His criminal history is now making some wonder how he was employed by the Dothan City School System.
Battle was booked into the Dothan City Jail and transferred to the Houston County Jail on a $20,000 bond. He has since bonded out of jail.
