If he had to decide now, the juror who's been dismissed from the murder case says he'd find Scott Peterson innocent.
Justin Falconer told reporters outside the Redwood City, California, courthouse that he'd vote for an innocent verdict because, as he put it, "the prosecution hasn't given us any reason to believe otherwise so far."
The dismissed juror says Peterson "lied about a couple of things", but prosecutors haven't shown he committed murder.
He says he was dismissed because the judge found he'd become a "distraction." He'd been seen on videotape making a brief comment to Laci Peterson's brother.
Peterson is charged with killing his pregnant wife, Laci, on or around December 24, 2002. His lawyers say Peterson was framed.
