FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. (AP) - Swimmers were kept on dry land for several hours at Fort Walton Beach after lifeguards noticed sharks swimming close to shore.
Hundreds of people were ordered out of the water Thursday morning after the sharks were spotted swarming.
No one was injured, and the beaches reopened several hours later.
