The judge in the pop star's molestation case has set a tentative date of Sept 13.

The defense had argued against it, saying the prosecution hadn't given the defense all of the evidence in the case. But the judge said September 13th is a date "we're shooting at."

The judge in Santa Maria, California, hasn't yet ruled on defense requests to have Jackson's bail reduced.

Jackson isn't in court, and few fans turned out for today's hearing.
