Investigators were called to 103 Will Street about 9 p.m. Friday.
Lieutenant Roy Woodham said 32-year-old Milton King appeared to have been dead for several days.
King was reported missing two weeks ago and was last seen Aug. 11.
There was no obvious cause of death, but Woodham said King had a history of seizures and an autopsy indicated the man died from natural causes.
