Some frustration among family members of Nine-Eleven victims today, as the panel probing the attacks continues a hearing in New York.

About 90 minutes into his testimony, former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani was shouted at by victims' relatives. They yelled "One-sided!" and "Put us on the panel!"

A woman who lost her firefighter son in the attacks yelled out "My son was murdered!" Others shouted "Talk about the radios!" in response to the reported failure of New York Fire Department radios on Nine-Eleven.

The Nine-Eleven commission chairman told the shouters they were "simply wasting time." He got an angry reply -- "You're wasting

Giuliani earlier told the panel that its priority should be preventing a new attack, not assigning blame.
