LOS ANGELES (AP) - Anna Nicole Smith's six-year-old will has been filed in Los Angeles by Howard K- Stern.
Smith died February eighth in Florida from a mix of prescription drugs.
The will leaves assets estimated at 710-thousand dollars to Smith's late son, Daniel. It also gives Stern custody of Daniel, who was a minor in 2001, when the will was written.
Stern is asking a judge to recognize the document as Smith's last will with him as its main executor.
The will also names Smith's eight-month-old daughter, Dannielynn, as her survivor, and Larry Birkhead as the baby's father.
Stern's lawyer says the probate proceeding will lead to setting up a trust with Dannielynn as its sole beneficiary. She could inherit the estate of Smith's dead husband, an estimated worth 500 million dollars.
Birkhead is asking a judge to appoint him guardian of Dannielynn's estate.
