The World's Longest Yard Sale officially starts Thursday.
The annual four days of dawn-to-dusk bargaining between Gadsden,
Alabama and Covington, Kentucky, is expected to attract about 250,000 people.
The annual sale started in 1987 as a promotion to lure interstate travelers to less-traveled highways.
