A 42 year old Panama City, Florida man has been arrested and is charged with arson, after a traffic stop Friday.
Theodore Homer Robison was pulled over in the Stanford Station Shopping Center, and while he was stopped, he began lighting fireworks inside his vehicle. After several requests by the officers at the scene, Robison eventually left the vehicle, but only after pouring gas inside and lighting it on fire.
Robison was transported to the Bay County Jail. He's charged with Arson, Driving With an Expired Driver's License and Driving While License is Suspended or Revoked. Robison made first court appearance Saturday.
