A woman who pled guilty for child abuse will not be getting probation this year.

Angela McGhee pled guilty to aggravated child abuse regarding an incident in September of 2005.

The 10-month old baby's skull was cracked on both sides.

McGhee claims the baby fell, but that was proven by medical experts to not be true.

She is sentenced to six years and was denied probation Thursday.

McGhee's next probation hearing will be after she spends one year in prison.
