The Kiwanis Clubs of Dothan are making their mark on the community but are also having fun.
The club's 15th annual golf classic, duffers were able to participate in the fundraiser for local non-profit organizations.
There was a $10,000 hole in one contest and more than $2,000 in prize give-aways.
Almost 1 hundred-50 business leaders signed up the largest registration to date.
Kiwanis Golf Classic Director Drew Mercier said, “We've got some of the business leaders in our city and they come out and it's great to live in a community where these type people are willing to give their time and their money to support our youth. And Kiwanis, all we do is give back to the youth of the Wiregrass.”
Organizers estimate this year's golf classic raised 20,000 dollars.
