A Phoenix, Arizona teacher recently said enough is enough and took her student to court.
She says she did all she could to get an unruly student under control, but she says her school didn't do enough and neither did the parents. Now the teacher and the student are facing off in court.
Earlier this month, Elizabeth Moore asked the court to stop one of her students from verbally abusing her in class by seeking an injunction.
Tuesday, a judge issued an order saying that student can no longer have any contact with his teacher in or out of school.
Despite the injunction, the student will still be able to attend high school. But the judge told the teen's parents they might want to consider other educational opportunities.
