The winning ticket was bought at a 7-11 in St. Petersburg. Lotto officials say there's still time -- the ticketholder has 180 days from the drawing date to redeem the ticket.
Florida Lottery spokesman Frank Penela says the closest a winner came to missing the deadline was six days. He says he's baffled by the long wait for the winner.
The largest unclaimed winner, worth $50 million, was bought in Miami-Dade County in March 2003. It expired in September.
