Kick Butts Campaign

More than 100 Geneva Middle School students got an up-close look at the deadly consequences of smoking.

The Nip-It Youth Leadership Team consists of Geneva City and Geneva County High School students.

Wednesday, they chronicled the cancer death of a young person caused by smoking.

The program is a joint project of the Geneva County extension program and the Geneva Children's Policy Council.

“It’s not good having second-hand smoke especially near children. They’re true victims in it," says Lessie Scott.

The Nip-It Leadership Team also put on a similar skit before the Geneva County Middle School students in Hartford.
