A man who pled guilty to beating his grandparents, robbing a gas station and cashing fake checks will soon learn his fate.
Twenty-two-year-old Jeremy Wayne Miller was arrested last August on two counts of attempted murder, one count of first degree robbery, and several felony charges including possession of a forged instrument.
Miller is a methamphetamine user, and is asking the court for a light sentence after going through rehab.
He will go before the judge for sentencing Thursday.
