A Dothan teenager arrested after a stand-off with police at a medical clinic goes back to court today in an effort to get out of jail.
Investigators say Jason Murphy allegedly walked into prime-care on Westgate Parkway earlier this month and opened fire with a rifle.
It was nearly 3-hours later before he surrendered without incident.
No one was injured during the standoff.
Investigators say Murphy told them he was dissatisfied with the care he received at the clinic earlier that day.
They say the National Guardsman also claims he was upset because he was not being deployed to Iraq.
A Houston county grand jury indicted Murphy last week on 5-counts of attempted murder.
Murphy is being held without bond in the Houston County Jail.
