A Dothan teenager arrested following a standoff with police at a medical clinic has been indicted by a Houston County grand jury.
Investigators say Jason Murphy allegedly walked into PrimeCare on Westgate Parkway earlier this month and opened fire with a rifle.
It was nearly three hours later before he surrendered without incident.
No one was injured during the standoff.
A Houston County grand jury has indicted Murphy on five counts of attempted murder.
Investigators say the National Guardsman told them he was dissatisfied with the care he received at the clinic earlier that day.
Police say Murphy also claims he was upset because he was not being deployed to Iraq.
Murphy is being held without bond in the Houston County Jail.
