Man Found Guilty in Fatal Police Shooting

PANAMA CITY, Fla. (AP) - A jury will determine today whether man convicted of fatally shooting a Panama City Beach police sergeant should be sentenced to life in prison or death.

Robert Bailey was found was found guilty Thursday of first-degree murder for killing the police officer during a traffic stop. He is from Wisconsin.

Bailey shot and killed Sergeant Kevin Kight in 2005.
