Fraudulent Qualifying Papers?

Lake City lobbyist, Manly Bolin charges the signatures on some of the required paperwork are not agriculture commissioner candidate Mary Barley's and has hired a handwriting expert.

Former statewide prosecutor Pete Antonacci is handling the case for Bolin and has asked for a speedy review. The suit was filed in Leon County Circuit Court.

Barley and campaign adviser Joe Garcia haven't commented. The Islamorada developer and environmentalist is seeking the Democratic nomination in a three-way race.
