An Arkansas man has been indicted on two counts of first-degree murder and four counts of attempted murder for plowing through a group of six members of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club with a stolen pickup truck.
Timothy Pilgreen of Texarkana is also charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer for a scuffle as he tried to flee. The indictments have been handed down in Panama City.
Police say Pilgreen argued with the bikers Oct. 29 before chasing them and plowing the truck though the five motorcycles. It killed biker Nola Zietler and her husband Donald Dunham.
The bikers were from the Bay City, Michigan, Outlaws chapter. Prosecutors have not yet said whether they will pursue the death penalty.
