More than 60 law enforcement officers from a dozen state and local law agencies combed across Covington County.
It's being called one of the largest round-up of drug suspects in more than a decade.
One by one, they were led in handcuffs to waiting patrol cars.
A total of 44 arrests were made.
Authorities say they've been receiving reports of drug activity from neighbors.
District Attorney Greg Gambril says its law enforcement's Christmas gift to the community.
"When they wake-up and unwrap gifts from underneath the tree at least there won't be anyone selling drugs on the front lawn of the house. Selling drugs brings down the holiday spirit for their families," said Gambril.
Authorities say the arrests took place without any major incidents.
Several of the suspects are juveniles.
