The Dothan Planning and Zoning Committee have approved plans to turn over more leasing space in the Dothan Pavilion.
So far, schematic drawings have shown a Target, Kohl's, Ross's and Dick's Sporting Goods in the pavilion.
Old plans showed two out parcels that were going to be sold.
Those plans have now been eliminated and turned over to developers.
“We have some more publicly disclosed stores and as time moves on, they'll do more of that as they get those new users leased up and committed to building in the pavilion,” said Director Dothan Planning and Zoning Todd McDonald.
Thomas Enterprise of Newnan, Georgia is developing the property.
