Stolen Shitzu puppy recovered and reunited with owner
Police have arrested a Panama City woman for allegedly stealing a puppy from a pet store.

Police have arrested a Panama City woman for allegedly stealing a puppy from a pet store.
Twenty-eight-year-old Aisha Victoria Slay is charged with one count of grand theft.
Last June police say Slay entered Sweet Puppy Luv in Panama City and stole a Shihtzu puppy by concealing it under her clothes.
The Panama City Police Department received a tip of the puppy's whereabouts and detectives conducted an investigation and were able to locate the puppy and return her to the owners.
Slay is charged with one count of Grand Theft.
