Authorities are on searching for a confessed robber who failed to show up for sentencing in Dothan.
Timothy Bess was free on a $30,000 bond after pleading guilty to 1st degree robbery.
Even though Bess didn't show up, Judge Jerry White sentenced him anyway to 99 years in prison.
Bess was charged with two other people in the daring day-light robbery of a Dothan attorney's office in March of this year.
A woman's purse was taken in the hold-up.
Bess was arrested in Hartford a couple of weeks later.
The other two suspects in the case are still waiting to stand trial.
A fugitive warrant has been issued for Bess.
